6. Limitation of Liability

7. Indemnification

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect you’re violating these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Of course, you can also cancel your account if you no longer need our services (though we’d be sad to see you go).

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Pa/US, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If there’s a serious dispute, we’ll try to resolve it informally first. If that fails, any legal action goes to the courts located in Montgomery County, Pa.
